- No Return/No Exchange Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges. Kindly ensure you check your size requirements before placing an order because it's made to order. This policy is in place to maintain the quality of our products.
- Size Verification: Please double-check the sizing information on our website before making a purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
3. Non-Availability or Non-Contactable Instances: If, for any reason, you are unavailable or not reachable during the delivery attempt, coordinate with our shipping partner promptly. Once the order is dispatched, and due to circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be processed.
4. Refund Exception: If you are unable to receive the order after purchase (due to non-availability or being non-contactable), no refund will be processed. Please ensure your availability for a smooth delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after 48 hours of placing the order will not be accepted.
No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced.
